At-Risk Youth

Working with The Delridge Neighborhood Development Association and The Youngstown Cutural Arts Center over the last few years, The Company has initiated a program, The Youth Dance Empowerment Project which provides training for three hours a week for 8-12 weeks in different dance forms, theatre production and publicity and marketing to at risk youth ages 9-17. As one of Seattle's most severely despressed socioeconomic areas, the program serves at-risk youth, many of whom have no other access to high-quality arts experiences.
